    Sharon Hoffman is a certificated yoga instructor with Appleyoga UK and has been practicing for the past 7 years.

    Sharon a dedicated and passionate yoga professional, offers a dynamic yet graceful and mindful class. She will guide you through the practice helping you to get the most from your practice, whatever your intention may be on that particular day.

  • Vinyasa yoga

    Focuses on integrating the body and mind through asana, breath, energy and awareness. This style of practice is inclusive to all with medications and alternatives offered when appropriate, encouraging each student to get maximum benefits from their practice.

  • Mission Statement

    I create a safe, nurturing and fun environment for my students which enable them to explore the art of yoga, emotional & spiritual growth and physical unfolding. I incorporate different aspects of yoga such as breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, meditation and an understanding of yoga philosophy – an integrated approach. My goal is to help my students develop every aspect of their individual personality and discovering their ‘inner warrior” with grace.

    Open class Vinyasa flow - level 1 & 2:

    - Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.45pm, open level class (commencing 21st March!)
    - Saturday 10am - 11.15, open level class (Core Principles Studio in Ivanhoe)
    - Sunday 10.00 - 11.15am, beg/level 1 class

    One-on-one, small group sessions or corporate classes are available at request.
